Costs & Practicalities
Retreat fee: For year-long course participants, we offer a reduced fee, and a full fee for all others
For retreat teachers plus MVI staff support for logistics and guidance, for MVI Campus rent, for Centro Culturale Lou Portoun rent and snacks/tea/coffee at MVI during morning course time, as well as one welcome and one farewell dinner included.
Additional costs for food from Wednesday to Saturday and accommodation: Range between 70-150 EUR daily according to your personal needs. Food is paid in the location by yourself by exception of welcome and farewell dinner. Local transport to Ostana from the local train station needs to be added.
Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds. If your situation requires an adaptation of cost, please let us know.
We will invite you to a get-to-know, practice and Q&A session beginning of June (Zoom) - date tbc.

Retreat period
Start - Open air dinner at MVI Campus: 1st evening
End - Silent half-day retreat on our last full day, mindful hike and fare-well at the fire place.
Before and after the retreat, you can enjoy hiking or other visits. Detailed information and guidance can be provided.
Good to bring
Basic fitness to be at ease at an altitude of 1,500 meters and to manage medium-seized walking distances. Any gear you may need in the mountains and outdoors to protect you from sun, rain, cold, and bathing cloths for the natural water pools and creeks and hiking gear. A detailed list will be provided upon reservation.
Getting here
You will get to MVI Campus from Torino or Milano with train to either Savigliano (preferred) or Pinerolo, followed by a shared taxi ride. We will help organize car sharing. If you come by car, there is parking space in the village.
Language
Retreat is in English, but German, Italian, Spanish, French and Portuguese are spoken (and also Swedish and Hebrew).
